ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT: Sleeps 6 in 3 comfortable doubles with additional accommodations for 3 more in 2 singles and 1 pilot berth. From forward: chain locker in forepeak, followed by quarter berth which can be made into a very comfortable double with slide-out extension. Next to port is the head w/vanity sink and separate stall shower. Hanging lockers and storage are opposite. In the main salon, a convertible dinette double is to port with L shaped settee. An extension/settee berth and pilot berth are to stbd. This table has an extension for additional dining. Book cases and storage outboard of settee. The U shaped galley to port with large double S/S sinks, stove and fridge/freezer. Opposite to stbd is the nav area with full size chart table and seat. Just forward of nav station, a hanging locker has been converted to very unique and organized tool/parts storage area. Furthest aft is master cabin with double berth to port and single berth to stbd. Additional storage and small seat are in aft area, along with another unique feature which is a desk/storage unit that folds down for a small computer in the area by aft single. Custom 4" cushions with covers. Teak deck and cabin beams and teak hull ceiling where exposed.. S/S companionway bannister. Interior joinery is hand rubbed teak-satin varnish finish. GALLEY: 3 Burner propane Hillerange stove and oven with S/S bar across front. Refrigeration system with holding plates, 1/4 hp air cooled or engine driven. The fridge/freezer's engine driven system was re-built and improved (compressor & 2 cold plates which needs only 30-45 minutes in AM & PM). Fridge/freezer also has double lined fibreglass hinged top openings. Hot water heat can be electric or off engine.

DECK: S/S bow and stern pulpits w/opening stern gate; side stanchions w/double lifelines; anchor hawse pipes w/partitioned well for braided rope; Nilsson electric 1000 lb pull vertical capstan windlass; deck and anchor wash down system; teak boarding ladder mounted on cabin top and (2) full teak hand rails on cabin top.

Cockpit: Folding table w/drink holder, attached to pedestal; 12V basket light over table and S/S support bar in cockpit well (for short legs!); 2 Barient folding chairs with 3 chair socket mounts; varnished teak and S/S backrests in cockpit.


Canvas Inventory: Companionway dodger, bimini and full cockpit cover/enclosure with sun cover and mesh screen for afc portion of enclosure; plus covers for main, staysail, handrails, winches, hatches, horseshoe buoy, dorade boxes, pedestal and windlass.

Ground Tackle: Anchors: 45 lb CQR anchor, 22 lb Danforth #22 anchor and a 12 lb Danforth anchor. Plus 225 ft of 3/8" BBB chain and 300 ft. of 3/4" braided rope with 12 ft. of chain; double bow roller with S/S yoke to accommodate 45 lb CQR.

Additional Deck Equipment: US Coast Guard approved propane tank locker in lazarette (double access w/tank switch and solenoid shut-off on circuit breaker board). Companionway screen w/soft snaps and screens for all ports and hatches; S/S mast pulpits; S/S cowl vent protectors; S/S pedestal pulpits. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Primary 12V DC electrical system with secondary 110V AC electrical system; (2) 800 amp hrs gel size D batteries for house and (1) gel battery for engine start. Guest 4-way battery parallel switch; 20 amp Lewco automatic battery (trickle) charger; Balmar Smart voltage regulator; 110V inverter -direct connect to house battery and Balmar 130 Amp alternator. US Electrical distribution panel; weather proof ship to shore receptacles; 50 ft. shore power cord w/15, 30 & 50 amp adaptors; 25 ft. shore power cord extension. All appropriate interior, navigation and spreader lights.
 
 
MECHANICAL & ENGINE EQUIPMENT: Fresh water cooling system; Borg Warner hydraulic 2:1 transmission (re-built in 1995); engine room sound insulation; double lever engine controls; 34 " Edson wheel steering and a S/S emergency tiller; 1 1/4" S/S prop shaft; S/S water lift exhaust system; 3-blade Colombian Bronze propeller (installed) plus a 2-blade Colombian Bronze 17 X 10" prop stowed as spare; engine hour meter w/795 hrs as of April 2000. Automatic engine fire control system w/activation light on aux. panel. Electric and manual bilge pumps. Head pumps overboard or into holding tank w/dockside empty or offshore w/diaphragm pump. Alternate sump pump which doubles as extra bilge pump.


SAILS & RIGGING: S/S standing rigging; Forespar aluminum boom and mast; boom vang w/heavy rubber snub; Hyde-stay Stream roller furling on genoa; Profurl roller furling on forestay for yankee staysail (9) Barlow winches. Nav-Tec S/S turnbuckles; Forespar whisker pole mounted on mast front; mainsheet traveler w/double roller bearing car; genoa track; adjustable mast step, storm trysail track. (7) Sails: 2 mains (1 for offshore w/high roach and 1 Shore 12 oz w/2 reef points); Odyssey 8oz jib; Odyssey 8oz staysail; North 135% genoa; North cruising spinnaker and Shore anchor sail. Storage bags for all sails. Sail area is 899 sq. 

OTHER FEATURES: Full keel, attached rudder with prop in aperture.
Construction: Built by Ta Shing YachtBuilding Co. Ltd.  Hull is hand-laid fibreglass to Lloyds +lOOA1 specs; deck is molded fibreglass sandwich with teak overlay; cabin is molded fibreglass sandwich with non-skid top; exterior teak trim with 8 coats of varnish; teak grate in cockpit sole and F/G weatherhood for sliding companionway hatch. There are (3) teak opening hatches wid1 smoked acrylic tops; (5) teak water trap vent boxes with S/S cowls; (14) opening bronze ports with S/S port bezels. Hull color is white with blue stripe,. Chain locker is sealed from bilge and drains to keep sump in order and to keep bilge clean. Screens for all hatches and ports. Fuel tank is black iron. (5) S/S water tanks with centrally located selection.

REMARKS:
A beautiful yacht that has been well cared for with continuous maintenance, upgrades and innovative features. Yacht is stored ashore for hurricane season.

EXCLUSIONS:
