4 in one double and 2 singles with one head and shower in 6'2" headroom: From forward:
Large V berth double with storage underneath, plus cupboard, bookshelves and small fans on
both sides. Head & shower to port with large mirror and cupboards above and below wash
basin. Hanging locker to stbd. Main cabin has single settee berths port and stbd with storage
behind and below. There are additional cupboards on both sides of settees. Large dining table
with 2 drop sides and center storage compartment. Diesel heater in cabin (not used since
91) and a Webasto warm air heater with ducting that's been fitted but not electrically connected
and has never been used. A writing cabinet and bar is on port side followed by the L shaped
galley. Nav station is opposite with amidship companionway steps to cockpit. Interior wood
is light oak with padded light beige walls and top. Single fan in main cabin. Dome viewing
window is fitted in the deck head. Upholstery avocado green velour. Bed linens, towels, etc
for 6.
GALLEY: Hot and cold pressure water system;
3 burner propane stove with oven; double sinks; fridge powered by compressor; waste bin cupboard
plus 3 drawers and additional cupboard storage. Fresh and salt water foot pumps. 5 Gal hot
water tank. Cutlery and crockery for 6 plus cooking utensils.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: 3-12V batteries (300 amp/hrs-new

DECK EQUIPMENT: Bow pulpit with rails; side
stanchions with lifelines; S/S hand grips fir cabin entry; swim ladder; 4 fenders and dock
lines; teak toe rail. Salt water deck wash and cockpit shower; Aires self steering. 9 ft AB
hard bottom dinghy with 6.5 Johnson outboard. Canvas: Bimini, dodger, main sail cover,
wind scoop for forward hatch, cockpit cushions, winch covers and large sun/rain awning. Ground
Tackle: 36 lb CQR anchor with 200 ft of 3/8" chain and 28 lb Bruce anchor with 30
ft of 3/8" chain and 70 ft of rope. Safety Equipment: 4-Man Avon liferaft; life
ring; Dan buoy; life jackets and harness; emergency tiller; 2 dry chemical fire extinguishers;
flares.
SAILS & RIGGING: Cutter rigged; mast stepped
on deck; mast steps; roller furling genoa; new main sail in 2000; hank-on staysail and storm
sail; cruising chute with sleeve; one each spinnaker and whisker pole. 7 Lewmar winches. Sail
area: 650 sq.ft.
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS: Fresh
water cooled, 1984 Bukh diesel engine with 2000 hrs as of March 2001. Cruising speed: 4-5 knots
with maximum at 6.5 to 7 knots. 2 each fuel, water and propane tanks. 2 Manual bilge pumps.
Jubilee pedestal steering column and wheel with backlit compass.
CONSTRUCTION: Fibreglass hull, full keel, encapsulated
lead ballast. Designed by J. Rock and built by Frank C. Mitchell & Son in Poole, England
in 1984 (boat show model). Waterline length is 25'10".
COMMENTS: Present owner purchased yacht in 1991
and sailed her to the Caribbean in 1992. Since then the yacht has been sailed around the islands
between Puerto Rico and Venezuela for 6 months of each year. She is stored ashore in Trinidad
the rest of the year where annual hull maintenance is carried out. She's is very well equipped
and has everything you need to sail away.
