ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT:
Sleeps up to 6 in well utilized space with a lavish use of teak and 6'5" headroom. V Berth double forward w/storage under followed by 2 large lockers to stbd w/private head & shower to port. Main salon has matching curved settees port & stbd with centerline table that accommodates up to 8. Aft to port is U shaped galley. Stbd of companionway steps and partially into aft walkthru is nav station. Aft cabin has king size centerline berth with numerous lockers, drawers, shelves and storage bins, and a large head compartment with stall shower. {see diagram}
GALLEY & LAUNDRY:
Technicold holding plates refrigerator (engine driven- rotary compressor new ‘94); 3 burner propane stove and oven; pressure hot/cold fresh water system; 6 gal water heater (110V & heat exchanger). Filtered drinking water at galley. 2 - 20 lb propane tanks with solenoid switch. There is an additional insulated, top loading box that could be extra fridge/freezer in aft walkthru.

Hull color is white; custom S/S bow roller; bow & stern pulpits w/plastic covered S/S lifelines; Nilsson 2200 12V windlass; Ground tackle: 35 lb CQR anchor w/180' of HT 3/8" chain and 33 lb Bruce anchor w/20' of chain & 2O0 of rode. Quicksilver 270 dinghy and new 4 HP Yamaha outboard. Swim ladder; (4) Fenders and various docklines. Magna propane BBQ grill with direct line to propane tanks. Safety Equipment: 6 life jackets; (4) Fire extinguishers, flares & flare gun, horn, and emergency tiller.
SAILS & RIGGING-
Equipped for cruising; aluminum deck stepped mast and spars; S/S standing rigging (replaced 1989); Hood roller furling headsail system. Sails: Main sail with 2 reefs, 125% roller furling genoa (4 years old) and 135% roller furling genoa (serviceable). Winches include Barlow ST coach roof mounted for furling, Barlow halyard, 2 Barlow primaries and 2 Cheoy Lee halyards. Whisker pole deck mounted. Canvas includes main sail cover, bimini and 3 piece dodger with roll up center window.
MECHANICAL & ENGINE EQUIPMENT:
Marine reverse cycle air conditioner in main saloon; 3 bladed stainless propeller; cable to quadrant manual wheel steering; Racor fuel filter. Automatic and manual bilge pumps. There are numerous spares (almost enough to re-build engine), plus comprehensive supply for other systems.
OTHER FEATURES:
Fibreglass hull with teak over fibreglass decks. The yacht is well ventilated with 4 deck hatches plus companionway, 9 opening ports and 3 S/S Dorade vents. The roomy interior is finished in the typical Cheoy Lee manner with lovely curved drawer fronts and teak cabinetry throughout. She sails well and is comfortable.
