ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT: Sleeps 7 in 3 doubles and 1 single with 2 heads and
showers in 6'6" headroom. V Berth double forward with head and shower to port, hanging locker to stbd. Main
salon has convertible dinette (double) to port and settee to stbd. L Shaped galley to port with nav station opposite.
Aft cabin is to port with head to stbd. Included in inventory are several sets of bed linens and 8 pillows.
GALLEY: Electrolux 2 burner propane stove with oven; water heater; pressure water
system; Adler Barbour 12V refrigerator; 6 gal hot water tank; cutlery and crockery for 8, cooking utensils and
charcoal BBQ.

DECK & HULL: 2 anchors; bow pulpit with rails; side stanchions with lifelines;
fiberglass deck; fenders and lines; navigation lights; hull color is ivory. Canvas equipment: dodger, bimini, awning,
sail cover and cockpit cushions. Anchor inventory includes 35 lb CQR plow and a 25 lb Danforth each with 20 ft
chain and 200 ft of 5/811 line. Covered transom with swim platform and ladder and cockpit shower. Achilles 8 ft
Whitesport dinghy with 15 HP Johnson outboard. 1 Aluminum propane tank. Assorted dive gear (2 tanks, BCDS, masks,
fins, snorkels, etc.).
SAILS & RIGGING: Equipped for cruising; aluminum spar; stainless wire standing
rigging; 3 regular and 7 self-tailing winches; dacron Ulmer Kolius sails; spinnaker pole; winches are Barient and
Lewmar. sail inventory includes 1990 main and 135% genoa, a 1993-105% jib and a 1992 asymmetrical spinnaker. Furling
system is Streamstay, main is slab reefed.
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS: Cockpit controls; wheel steering; automatic
and manual bilge pump; 0.25 gals/hr fuel consumption (cruising); 0.5 gals/hr fuel consumption (maximum); 15 X 15
RH bronze propeller, 2150 engine hours as of October 1998. 2 F/G holding tanks. Safety equipment: 8 life jackets,
1 life ring, 2 fire extinguishers, 10 flares, 6 man life raft (last tested in 1994), 3 harnesses, jack lines, horn
and emergency tiller. Good tool box with assorted hand tools, spare oil filters, belts, impellers and assorted
racing and sailing hardware.
OTHER FEATURES: Fibreglass hull, deck and superstructure, non skid on deck, modified
fin keel. Water tanks (2) are of flexible rubber. LWL = 31'9", LOD = 38'5".

OWNERS COMMENTS: Originally built in France for a group of lawyers, sailed to Jacksonville, Florida. Used for club
racing and was kept in excellent condition. Present owner bought boat to Caribbean in 1994 where she has been sailed
around the Caribbean for a few months every year. She sails very well, is mechanically sound but interior headliner
needs work. Selling boat because no longer have time to use. "Decadence,, has never been chartered and has
never been in any sort of collision.
