Main cabin has two settee/berths port and stbd with fixed table, book shelves and storage. Galley area has stove and icebox to port and sink to stbd. Large quarter berth is furthest aft to stbd. All berths are 6'6".

GALLEY: Origa 2 burner alcohol stove; pressure, manual water system; EZ Cold refrigeration (added Jan'99); cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for 6; BBQ.

DECK & HULL: 2 anchors; bow pulpit with rails; side stanchions with lifelines; bimini top, dodger; fiberglass deck; fenders and lines; swim ladder; hull color is light grey; . Anchor inventory: 20 lb Danforth with 30 ft. of chain and 200 ft. of 3/4" nylon line and a 15 lb Fortress with 30 ft. of chain and 100 ft. of 5/8" nylon. 9 ft. Avon dinghy and 3 HP Yamaha outboard new 1999.

SAILS & RIGGING: Equipped for cruising; aluminum spar; stainless wire standing rigging; roller furling; 5 Barlow winches. Standing rigging replaced (Norseman) January/February 1999. 5 dacron sails: 2 Mains (1975 Genco and 1985 Lucas), l30% genoa (1990), Genco working jib(1975) and a Triton DRS(1977). Furling jib has UV strip.

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS: Tiller steering; bilge blower; 1 automatic and 1 manual bilge pump; 0.5 gals/hr fuel consumption (cruising); 400 hours since major overhaul; 1991 overhaul date; 3 bladed LH propeller. Safety equipment: EPIRB, 3 PFD life jackets, 1 life ring, 1 fire extinguisher, flares and flare gun.

REMARKS: Boat has been owned by present owner since 1983. Sailed in Eastern Canada until 1992 when sailed to Bermuda and back. In 1993 sailed to Bermuda and on to BVI. Boat has stayed in the Caribbean since and been cruised in the BVI/VI and also down island.
