6 in 2 guest cabins forward and crew quarters aft with 3 heads (2 w/showers). Fully air conditioned
and carpeted throughout interior with tinted glass windows and sun screens forward, plus Venetian
blinds, curtains, new upholstery and cushions. From forward: Master cabin with centerline queen
berth, seats, hanging lockers, drawers and lockers and ensuite head with separate shower compartment.
To starboard is the guest cabin with twin berths, hanging locker, drawers and lockers and head
with shower. Opposite is a fully equipped galley. Next step up to the spacious main saloon
which has on the stbd side, just aft of the interior steering station and console, an L shaped
settee and table.. To port is a cocktail cabinet, glass and tableware cupboards and the entertainment
center. Sliding glass doors open onto the cockpit area which has bench seating and a fighting
chair. Crew cabin with 2 berths, head and sink is located aft under the cockpit. The flybridge
has additional bench seating and steering console. Furthest aft is a swim platform with shower.

water from engine heat exchanger and hot water heater (new 1999); Galley Maid 3 burner 110V

CQR with 200 ft of 3/8" chain and a 30 lb Danforth with 3/8" chain and 200 ft of
line. Fenders and dock lines. Deck shower on transom. BBQ. Stern davits.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS: 4 X 8D batteries in 2 banks
for house supply, each 250 amps, plus a dedicated starting battery for each engine (new 1999);
2 battery chargers; Northern Lights 12KW generator providing 220V supply to 110V transformer;
50 amp converter; full cables, plugs, sockets, etc for shore power supply with transformers,
switchgear and control panel. 220V and 12V sockets on console in main saloon.
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS: Twin
turbo charged Detroit diesels with a cruising speed of 16 knots, maximum speed of 18 knots.
Range is 400 miles with fuel consumption at 1.5 gl/hr. Gear ratio is 1 to 1:96. All major engine
servicing and maintenance has been performed by Detroit Agents. Racor dual fuel filtration
systems and dual Hynautic hydraulic controls and instrumentation panels.; Bennett trim tabs;
bronze 3 bladed propellers and shaft brackets. Two easily installed new spare shafts. Engine
room exhaust blowers. 2 Rule automatic/manual submersible electric bilge pumps with float switches
and a Whale diaphragm hand pump. Three electric heads. Solar and battery powered fans and lights
in all heads.
CONSTRUCTION: Fibreglass hull, deck and superstructure
with twin spade rudders. Superstructure molding consists of coach roof, deckhouse, side decks
and aft cockpit and all are bonded and bolted to the hull. Flybridge with steering system and
aft deck swim platform. 20% rise in stern. The 2 fuel tanks are of aluminum, the water tank
is S/S and there is a 50 gl holding tank for sump.
REMARKS: Only one owner and maintained by a
professional captain who has been aboard for 7 years. Full documentation of all maintenance
work since yacht was new is available. This high performance cruiser is very comfortable and
highly seaworthy. She is stored ashore for at least 3 months every year. Yacht is lying in
Antigua at present.
