6 in 2 doubles and 2 singles with one head and shower in 6'2" headroom.. From forward:
Anchor locker followed by large double berth with head to port and hanging locker to stbd.
Midship there is a dinette that converts to double on port side with single berth/settee opposite.
The galley is aft of dinette area with nav station opposite to stbd. Another single berth is
just aft of the chart table. [see layout drawing].
GALLEY: 2 Burner propane stove with oven; manual
water system and charcoal BBQ.
DECK EQUIPMENT: Bow pulpit and stern rail with
pre-stretched nylon lifelines; 1 boat hook; 10 dock lines and 12 fenders. Canvas: Dodger/spray
hood, bimini, awning, sail covers and cockpit cushions. Avon 10 ft. dinghy with 2.5 HP outboard
(both new). 12V Wind generator and water generator. Assorted snorkel gear. Ground tackle:
50 lb Fisherman with 60 ft of " chain and 300 ft 1 1/4" line, new 44 lb Bruce
with 400 ft of 5/16" chain, 40 lb Danforth with 30' of chain and 200 ft of
1 1/4" line, plus 30 lb Bruce and 25 lb Danforth as spares. Safety equipment: Beaufort
4 man life raft, 3 fire extinguishers, assorted flares and flare gun, MOB pole and life ring,
horn, bell, first aid kit and emergency tiller.
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT: 2 x 12V Batteries (200
amp hrs); 90 amp alternator; 115V shore power; 12V inverter; navigation, deck, masthead, tricolor
and interior lights.

SPARS, RIGGING & SAILS: Aluminum spar, deck
stepped mainmast; S/S standing rigging with Staloc terminals and nylon running rigging. Slab
reefed main; roller furling genoa. Lewmar 2-speed winches. Sails: 2 mains, 2 reefing jibs,
1 genoa and 1 MPS all in good condition.
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS: 1976
Volvo engine and transmission with gear ratio of 1:20; cruising speed of 4 knots with 1/3 gl/hr
fuel consumption; total engine hours approximately 1000 with 40 hrs since being re-conditioned
in 1999; 2 bladed propeller. Henderson manual bilge pump. Full compliment of tools and spares.
CONSTRUCTION: Hull and deck are solid fibreglass,
encapsulated lead ballast with fin keel and skeg rudder. Designed

Yachts in Southampton, UK. Fuel tank is stainless steel, water
tanks (2) are bladder type..
HISTORY: The one and only owner has sailed "Ogginoss"
approximately 100,000 nautical miles with several transatlantic
crossings. Cruising the West Indies,
down to Rio de Janeiro and the Mediterranean. A high standard
of maintenance was completed prior to each crossing
with a full 6 month program in 1999 including re-conditioning
of the engine.
