ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT: Sleeps 10 or more. There are 4 double berth guest cabins,
3 heads (2 with separate showers and 1 deck shower) in 6'6" plus headroom. From forward:
Chain locker in forepeak followed by a spacious head with vanity sink, separate stall shower
and storage area. Off the centerline passageway are 2 double guest cabins port and stbd with
the second head and shower further aft to stbd. Next are the 3rd and 4th double cabins following
one another on port side with additional storage and washer/dryer to stbd just aft of the 2nd
head area. Center steps go up to spacious exterior amidship seating area with large dining
table. Also are steps down on stbd side to work room area with the 3rd head. Engine room is
easily accessed here by removal of the aft steps which go up to galley/salon area. This area
has on the port side a U-shaped sofa and dinette that can be converted to a double berth for
the crew. Storage and counter space for microwave, toaster oven, etc, are to stbd forward of
the refrigerator/freezer. The stove and sinks are on the aft port side opposite fridge/freezer
and besides the steps that go up to pilothouse/steering station. The pilothouse has a long
bench seat that converts to another double berth with entrance to exterior deck walk-around
from either port & stbd. The outside dining area is also accessible by these port and stbd
walkways which continue past the pilothouse and go back to the highpoint of the stem. This
area has another long padded seat which also converts to berth and can be covered by a bimini/awning
for sunshade. The interior is bright and cheerful with many creative accents and creature comforts
with carpeting throughout cabin sole area. GALLEY: Pressure fresh water system; custom
