ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT: Sleeps 10 or more. There are 4 double berth guest cabins, 3 heads (2 with separate showers and 1 deck shower) in 6'6" plus headroom. From forward: Chain locker in forepeak followed by a spacious head with vanity sink, separate stall shower and storage area. Off the centerline passageway are 2 double guest cabins port and stbd with the second head and shower further aft to stbd. Next are the 3rd and 4th double cabins following one another on port side with additional storage and washer/dryer to stbd just aft of the 2nd head area. Center steps go up to spacious exterior amidship seating area with large dining table. Also are steps down on stbd side to work room area with the 3rd head. Engine room is easily accessed here by removal of the aft steps which go up to galley/salon area. This area has on the port side a U-shaped sofa and dinette that can be converted to a double berth for the crew. Storage and counter space for microwave, toaster oven, etc, are to stbd forward of the refrigerator/freezer. The stove and sinks are on the aft port side opposite fridge/freezer and besides the steps that go up to pilothouse/steering station. The pilothouse has a long bench seat that converts to another double berth with entrance to exterior deck walk-around from either port & stbd. The outside dining area is also accessible by these port and stbd walkways which continue past the pilothouse and go back to the highpoint of the stem. This area has another long padded seat which also converts to berth and can be covered by a bimini/awning for sunshade. The interior is bright and cheerful with many creative accents and creature comforts with carpeting throughout cabin sole area.

GALLEY: Pressure fresh water system; custom 110V-AC/engine driven refrigerator; Norcold top loading freezer; 4 burner Force 10 S/S stove w/oven; Sharp microwave oven; Indesit combination washer/dryer; 40 gal S/S water heater (110V and engine heat exchanger). Toaster oven, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware.  Two 3 lb propane tanks.
  

DECK: Custom 24V electric windlass w/2 chain gypsies and 1 capstan; bow light and navigation lights (sailing and steaming); 80 lb Fisherman type anchor w/all chain rode and a 62 lb Bruce anchor w/all chain rode. Foredeck wash down system; painted aluminum side stanchions w/double S/S lifelines; aluminum and teak boarding ladder and an aluminum swim ladder; fog horn; 14 ft Viking dinghy (new) with 15 hp Evinrude outboard engine. 

CANVAS: Sail covers, aft deck cover, skylight covers, hatch covers and bimini for amidship seating.

ADDITIONAL DECK EQUIPMENT: Painted aluminum bow anchor rollers (2); painted aluminum dingby davits; aluminum and lexan dodger for amidship companionway; 2 welded aluminum foredeck dunnage boxes and 1 mainmast dunnage box storage area; painted aluminum 12V cargo winch; 2 aluminum skylights; fore and aft deck floodlights. HULL: Construction: Hull, deck and superstructure are welded aluminum (all painted with Awlgrip in 1998). Framing is aluminum transverse webs and fore and aft stringers. Bulkheads are formica faced marine plywood. Deck has non skid surface. Full keel with encapsulated lead ballast and keel supported rudder of welded aluminum Through-hull fittings below waterline are welded aluminum pipes. Both fuel and water tanks are aluminum.

SAILS & RIGGING: S/S standing rigging with dacron braid running rigging; (3) aluminum (deck stepped) masts; (4) electric winches. Sails: Main sail (being repaired), mizzen and foresail (both in good condition). Yacht is junk rigged with lazy jacks system on all booms; aluminum mizzen mast ratlines on stbd side.

REMARKS: Designed by Tom Colvin and built by Burger Yachts (USA), she combines oriental charm with western comfort. LOA is 62 ft, with LOD of 58 ft.
