head, vanity sink, separate enclosed shower and hanging locker. Main salon has centerline teak
drop leaf table with settees port and stbd. Book shelves, drawers and lockers outboard of settees.
Nav station is to port with U shaped galley to stbd. Furthest aft to port is guest cabin with

GALLEY: Adler-Barbour refrigerator and freezer
(8 cu. ft. - new 1992); 2 burner Regal natural gas stove w/oven; pressure fresh water system
and manual pump. S/S sinks, formica counter tops; gimbaled stove with cutting board; efficient
work areas and storage space.
DECK: Bow pulpit and stern rail; side stanchions
and S/S lifelines (renewed in 1996); Lewmar 1000 electric windlass '91; bimini top; boarding/swim
ladder (new ladder and bracket '96). 9 ft Tortola F/G dinghy w/4 HP Yamaha O/B (both new in
1994); 4 fenders and dock lines; 2 boat hooks; cockpit cushions. Screens for all hatches and
entrance.
GROUND TACKLE: 20 lb Danforth type anchor w/20ft.
of chain and 200 ft. of line and 25 lb CQR anchor w/20 ft. of chain and 150 ft. of line.

mast (keel stepped); S/S rigging (re-rigged to all roller furling 1989); (9) Lewmar winches
- 5 self-tailing (new winches 1990); running backstays. Sails: Hood 1993 roller furling main
sail in good condition, roller furling jib and staysail.
HISTORY: Yacht was kept in fresh water (Lake
Michigan) for 2 yrs and then dry docked until present owners purchased her in 1986. They sailed
in Lake Michigan for 3 years before sailing to the BVI. In 1989 yacht was completely re-rigged
for all roller furling. Professional maintenance and upgrading of equipment has been continuous
to present, including new portholes ('97); new thru hulls installed ('96); new cushions ('99);
batteries ('99).
